What is the FrizzFix Towel™ made of?+
The FrizzFix Towel™ is crafted from 600 GSM ultra-fine microfiber. It has a dual-texture design — one ultra-plush absorbing side and one smooth side — with a snap button closure to keep it securely wrapped on your head.
How does it prevent frizz?+
Unlike regular cotton towels that rub and roughen your hair cuticle, the FrizzFix Towel™ absorbs moisture through capillary action. You simply wrap — no rubbing required — so your cuticle stays smooth and frizz-free.
Does it work on all hair types?+
Yes! The FrizzFix Towel™ works on thick, thin, curly, straight, wavy, colour-treated, and natural hair. Because you wrap instead of rub, it never disrupts curl patterns or causes breakage.
How do I wash my FrizzFix Towel™?+
Machine wash cold or warm and tumble dry on low, or air dry. Do not use fabric softener — it reduces microfiber absorbency. That’s it.
How long does the towel last?+
The FrizzFix Towel™ is guaranteed to maintain its absorbency and softness for 200+ machine washes — over two years of daily use without any loss of performance.
Is it safe for colour-treated or bleached hair?+
Absolutely. Microfiber absorbs moisture through gentle capillary action with no friction — far gentler than cotton towels. This helps colour-treated hair stay vibrant and prevents breakage on bleached or fragile hair.
Can I use it with leave-in conditioner or hair oils?+
Yes. Apply your leave-in or oil first, then wrap with your FrizzFix Towel™ as normal. The microfiber won’t strip your products. Machine wash regularly to prevent any product build-up on the fibres.

How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping takes 5–12 business days within Europe and 7–15 business days internationally. We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over €35. A small shipping fee applies to orders below this amount and is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?+
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
We process orders quickly. Please email info@alanasessentials.com as soon as possible after ordering and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it — what now?+
First check with neighbours or any safe drop-off spots. If it still can’t be found, email info@alanasessentials.com with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
My tracking number shows no updates — is that normal?+
Yes, it can take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. If there are still no updates after 3 business days, email info@alanasessentials.com and we’ll look into it straight away.

What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
How do I start a return?+
Email info@alanasessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
How long does a refund take?+
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Allow a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?+
Please email info@alanasessentials.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days. We will send a replacement free of charge immediately.
Who pays for return shipping?+
If you received a wrong or damaged item, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong colour ordered, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I exchange for a different colour?+
Yes! Within 30 days of delivery, email info@alanasessentials.com with your order number and the colour you’d like instead. We’ll sort it for you.
Do I need to return the towel to get a refund?+
For change-of-mind returns, yes — please send it back unused in its original packaging. For wrong or damaged items, we often don’t require a return. Just email us a photo and we’ll resolve it immediately.

Are your products eco-friendly?+
Yes! The FrizzFix Towel™ lasts 200+ washes — far less waste than cheap cotton towels. We offset 100% of shipping emissions and because you use your blow-dryer less, you save energy every day.
Are the colours accurate to what I see online?+
We do our best to show colours accurately. Screen settings can cause slight differences. If unsure about a colour, email us before ordering and we’ll help.
Do you offer discount codes or bundle deals?+
Yes! We run regular promotions and offer multi-pack bundles. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to hear about exclusive discounts and new colours.
