1) Brand Ambassador / Content Creator (Part-time / Freelance)
Location: Remote (Australia-based preferred)
Start: Flexible
The Role
As the face of Alana's Essentials, you'll create authentic content that brings our brand to life — from hair
transformation stories to salon-style routines. You'll inspire our community and show real results, one frizz-free
wash at a time.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Share your personal hair journey using our products
- Engage with our community through comments and DMs
- Collaborate on product seeding and launch campaigns
- Represent the brand at shoots or pop-up events (optional)
What we're looking for
- Curly, wavy or colour-treated hair (a plus!)
- Comfortable on camera and a natural storyteller
- Existing social presence (TikTok, Instagram) preferred
- Strong understanding of beauty and hair trends
- Australia-based or AU timezone availability

2) Customer Experience Associate (Remote)
Location: Remote
Start: Flexible
The Role
As the first point of contact for our online customers, you represent the voice of Alana's Essentials. You respond
with warmth, clarity and care — making every customer feel heard, supported and confident in their purchase.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails, DMs and inquiries
- Assist with orders, returns and exchanges
- Provide product recommendations and hair care advice
- Track recurring feedback and customer questions
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team
What we're looking for
- Excellent written English
- Calm, friendly and consistent tone
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
- Flexible availability; weekend support is a plus

3) Graphic Designer (Part-time / Freelance)
Location: Remote
Start: Flexible | Portfolio required
The Role
You'll help shape and evolve the visual identity of Alana's Essentials across digital and print. From social media and
campaigns to packaging inserts, your work will reflect our calm, timeless and refined aesthetic.
Responsibilities
- Design assets for social media, ads and campaigns
- Create layouts for newsletters, lookbooks and landing pages
- Develop print materials such as thank-you cards and packaging inserts
- Maintain brand consistency across typography and colour
- Collaborate with marketing on creative concepts and testing
What we're looking for
- Strong portfolio featuring beauty or lifestyle brands
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong sense of typography and visual storytelling
- Comfort with feedback and iteration
- Motion or animation skills are a plus
