1) Boutique Associate (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Role
As the face of Alana’s Essentials, you’ll create welcoming and memorable experiences for our customers. Through personal styling, attentive service and an eye for detail, you’ll help bring our boutique to life — from the shop window to the fitting room.
Responsibilities

Provide personalised styling and shopping assistance

Receive, tag and restock merchandise

Maintain a polished, calm and inviting store environment

Handle POS transactions and opening/closing duties

Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus

2) Customer Service Representative (Remote / Hybrid)

Start: Flexible
The Role
As the first point of contact for our online customers, you’ll represent the voice of Alana’s Essentials. You’ll respond with warmth, clarity and care — ensuring every customer feels heard, supported and confident in their purchase.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails, messages and enquiries

Assist with orders, returns and exchanges

Provide product and sizing guidance

Track recurring feedback and customer questions

Coordinate with boutique and fulfilment teams
What We’re Looking For

Excellent written communication in English

Calm, friendly and consistent tone of voice

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

Flexible availability; weekend support is a plus

3) Graphic Designer (Part-Time / Freelance)
Location: Remote or hybrid
Start: Flexible | Portfolio required
The Role
You’ll help shape and elevate the visual identity of Alana’s Essentials across digital and print. From social media and campaigns to in-store materials, your work will reflect our calm, timeless and refined aesthetic.
Responsibilities

Design assets for social media, ads and campaigns

Create layouts for newsletters, lookbooks and landing pages

Develop print materials such as signage and flyers

Maintain brand consistency across typography and colour

Collaborate with marketing on creative concepts and testing
What We’re Looking For

Strong portfolio with fashion or lifestyle brands

Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Strong sense of typography and visual storytelling

Comfortable working with feedback and iterations

Motion or animation skills are a plus
