  1. Arrived Late
    If your order arrives later than the promised delivery time (30 days), please contact us at info@alanasessentials.com with your order number and we will make it right.
  2. Defective / Quality Issues
    If the product is defective or has quality issues, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please email us with a photo of the defect and your order number.
  3. Wrong Colour Ordered
    You may return or exchange the product within 30 days, but you are responsible for the return shipping fee. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  4. Changed Opinion (Item No Longer Desired)
    You may return the product within 30 days of delivery, but you are responsible for the return shipping fee. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  5. Wrong Item Received (Wrong Colour / Missing Item)
    You may return the incorrect item and we will cover the return shipping fee, or we will send you the correct item immediately free of charge.
  6. Parcel Damaged on Arrival
    If your package arrives damaged, please email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
  7. Incorrect Shipping Information Provided
    Please double-check your shipping information when placing orders. If you need to update your shipping details, contact us at info@alanasessentials.com immediately after ordering so we can assist with corrections.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@alanasessentials.com with your order number
  2. Describe the issue (quality, wrong colour, damaged, change of mind, etc.)
  3. Attach a photo if applicable (damage, defect, wrong item)
  4. We’ll send return instructions within 1–2 business days

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return or approve your refund request, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
